Warehouse training that gets past the noticeboard
tapybl turns safety procedures, site inductions and equipment guides into microreels the 6am crew can watch on their own phones, with a record of who understood what.

The problem with warehouse training
After a near miss, the procedure gets rewritten, printed and pinned up. The pin is where it stops. The agency workers who start Monday never saw the incident, the induction they got covers a different site layout, and the SOP on the noticeboard competes with everything else on the noticeboard. Safety training in logistics has to reach people who are new, temporary or on nights, and paper doesn’t travel to any of them.
How tapybl works for logistics and warehousing
- Safety procedures and equipment guides become short video lessons watched at the point of work, with no separate room or booked session needed
- Agency and temporary staff complete a site induction pathway before their first shift, on their own phone
- After an incident or a process change, the update goes out immediately and completion is tracked by name across all shift patterns, nights included
- Knowledge checks on lifting, machinery and site hazards leave a per-person score on record, which matters if an incident is ever investigated
The evidence
A safety procedure only counts if it’s still in someone’s head when the spill actually happens. Each microreel asks its questions during training, when getting one wrong costs nothing, and recalling something this way has been shown to help it stick. So instead of hoping a briefing sank in, every worker has personally answered questions on your safety procedures, with their score in analytics if an auditor or investigator ever asks.
FAQ
What is a microreel?
A microreel is a short, interactive video lesson built for phones — one topic, completed in a few minutes. One procedure per microreel: pallet wrapping, spill response, pedestrian zones.
Can we prove who completed safety training?
Yes. Analytics show, per person, whether each microreel was completed, failed, in progress or not started, along with the score, and the data can be exported. That gives an investigator or auditor something far more specific than an attendance sheet.
Our workforce speaks several languages. Does that work?
When a microreel is generated from your SOP you choose the script and narration language, and you create one version per language your site uses. Each person is assigned the version in their language; once a microreel is on someone’s phone it stays in the language it was made in.
