Healthcare training that fits inside a shift
Healthcare staff carry the heaviest mandatory training load of any workforce, with the least time set aside to complete it. tapybl turns policies and procedures into microreels that fit into the time staff actually have.

The problem with healthcare training
Mandatory training in healthcare is scheduled against reality. The infection control refresher is due, the ward is short, and the module is 45 minutes on a desktop in a room someone else has booked. So it gets done on a day off, or at 11pm, or it slips, and the training matrix goes amber. None of this reflects how much the staff care. It reflects a format decision made by whoever built the module.
How tapybl works for healthcare
- Policies and clinical procedures become microreels completed on a phone in a break, a few minutes at a time
- Content is assigned by role and department, so a policy update reaches the people it applies to and nobody else’s matrix fills up
- Urgent changes go out immediately with per-person completion visible the same day
- Questions and acknowledgements inside each microreel mean a completion reflects understanding, which is what an audit actually wants to see
The evidence
In a 2018 study published in PLOS ONE, 99 employees watched a short workplace training video and were tested on the content a day later. Those who had answered a short question roughly every minute recalled 69.7% of it; those who just watched recalled 55.5%. The study wasn’t run in healthcare, but it suggests that questions embedded in workplace video improve later recall, which makes comprehension checks a useful addition to completion records. tapybl builds those questions into every microreel, so a completion means the content was answered on, not just played to the end.

FAQ
What is a microreel?
A microreel is a short, interactive video lesson built for phones — one topic, completed in a few minutes. One policy update or one procedure per microreel, so nothing needs a protected 45-minute slot.
Can completions flow into our LMS?
It can. tapybl connects automatically with any LMS supporting LTI 1.3 or SCORM 2004, so your existing compliance reporting keeps working while the training itself becomes something staff can finish.
How is patient data or clinical content handled?
Customer content is isolated per organisation and is never used to train tapybl’s models or anyone else’s. Details are on our security page.
